Your data and enquiries

Website enquiry forms are disabled. You can email us with privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete your data. Professional access is restricted to authorised team members.

Browsing and contact

When you browse the catalogue, the server receives the technical information needed to display pages. If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, you provide the communication data to the team and your chosen service. Viewing a listing does not confirm a reservation, viewing or transaction.

Assistant and recommendations

The assistant processes your messages and criteria on the BeniHomes server to search the catalogue. The conversation remains in your browsing session: it is not sent to an external AI provider or automatically saved as a commercial enquiry. Recommendations do not decide your access to housing.

Your rights

You can write to us to request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable. You may also withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Manage your preferences

You can accept, reject or choose measurement and marketing separately. We ask again after 180 days or when the policy version changes. This does not itself delete local storage values. You can withdraw permission here and clear site data in your browser; withdrawal does not erase information already sent.

Database activity recording is disabled. Preferences you choose to use may remain only in your browser.

Third-party measurement

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel tags are not loaded in this configuration.

External services and links

Hosting uses Hostinger; data and professional sign-in use Supabase and Google. Opening WhatsApp takes you outside BeniHomes. Maps load from OpenStreetMap on request. Each service receives information needed for the connection; please also consult its policies.
